My name is Timothy Petersen and i am 19 years old. I am in my 1st year of university studying Environmental and water studies.

I am a person that loves the outdoors. I love being outside, hiking, climbing, cycling, etc. Working in nature has always been my dream job, from working with animal and plants to protecting the environment against pollution. Ive also thought about helping those in Africa that has no water or basic needs, having this career choice could create opportunities for me to help those people.

The reason why i chose ESS is because it allows us to have the opportunity to save our world for the coming generations, so that they too can live in a world where they are able to experience the fullness of nature. This subject will make people aware of the dangers we face regarding our planet and the people that live in it. In this subject we as a class can make a difference in this world because we will be taught how to do exactly that. It all starts with us, we can make a difference or not. This subject is only giving us an opportunity to make a difference in this world.
